You can set up your employees so they receive an email from our service every payday that allows them to access a special version of our site, PaycheckRecords.com.
PaycheckRecords allows employees to view or print their pay stub for any specified pay period.
To give an employee access to PaycheckRecords:
- Go to the Employees tab
- Click the employee's name.
- In the Employee Site Access section near the bottom, click Edit.
- Enter the employee's email address (or verify the address if it’s already entered) and then check the box for Access Paycheck Records.
- Click OK, and then click Send Email. The employee receives an email with a user ID and temporary password to access their account.
